Dr. Jotterand has an extensive background in medical ethics, and I look forward to his leadership at OHSU.

I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to Dr. Katie Stowers for her work as interim director, which will continue until Dr. Jotterand’s arrival in July. We are grateful for her leadership during this transition and I personally have enjoyed working with Dr. Stowers, Ronald W. Naito Director in Serious Illness Education, and getting to know the Center members more. I would also like to thank the search committee, the members of the Center for Ethics in Health Care, and others who support the Center’s work.

Sincerely,
